Big picture - Why invest in Eckoh PLC
Eckoh PLC Snapshot
Our main strategy for this year is to establish and accelerate growth in the largest payments market in the world, the USA. We believe that the opportunity for deploying our payment products has strengthened further as a result of recent adverse publicity in the market relating to high profile data breaches. This has now fuelled a re-evaluation of card and data security processes that has coincided with us establishing a market presence. This leads us to believe that significant sales growth can be delivered over time.
Our Near Term Growth Strategy has Evolved:
- Establish and expand our US footprint to capitalise on secure payment opportunities
- Leverage channel partners in both UK and US markets
- Maximise international opportunity for the combined Eckoh Group
- Bring the new payment product portfolio (Haloh) to market
- Continue to invest in R&D to underpin next generation product development and maintain market leading position
- Continue to evaluate acquisition opportunities
Secure Payments and Customer Contact Solutions
Globally, Eckoh offers the largest range of PCI compliant solutions on the market, enabling contact centres to take secure card payments from customers over the phone, without risk of fraud. In addition, our award winning customer contact services allow your customers to self-serve through automation, reducing call queues and improving contact centre efficiency.
Secure Payments Over the Phone or Web - HALOH
A card number passes through many points of the organisation during a payment authorisation process. This increases the risk of fraud because this data can be intercepted at these intervals by hackers. Stopping card data from ever reaching your network is the best way to ensure it's made safe, but it's also well known that phone and web payment channels are notoriously difficult to lock down.
Eckoh's suite of secure payments products, HALOH, addresses key concerns around:
- the receipt, transmission and storage of sensitive card information,
- insider and external fraud; and
- PCI DSS compliance.
To do this, HALOH effectively puts a shield around all or part of your organisation stopping card data from penetrating it, and removes areas of your organisation from PCI DSS audit scope, such as your contact centre, databases and IT networks.
- Access to the widest range of phone and web payment security options on the market.
- Fully customisable.
- Fully PCI DSS Level One compliant.
- Reduced risk of sensitive data leakage.

Customer Contact Solutions
Now more than ever, customers are answering their own questions about products and services through online automation i.e. desktops, laptops or mobile devices. As a result, consumer behaviour is changing and they will only pick up the phone to an agent when they have exhausted all other channels of information. In turn, the role of the agent is now seen as someone who has the answers to complex questions, not rudimentary ones.
Organisations now want to make their processes and contact centre more efficient for their customer and operations. They also want to make their channels seamless to enable customers to transport information from one channel to the next without them having to repeat any aspect of it.
Our automated solutions can be applied across voice, web and mobile channels and address customers' general enquiries:
- EckohROUTE - Intelligent Call-Routing giving you complete control of how and where inbound calls are delivered
- EckohASSIST - Natural Language Speech Recognition - Voice Self-Service
- EckohADDRESS - Name and Address Identification and Capture
- EckohLOCATE - Store or location finder
- EckohID&V - Identify and vertify customers
- EckohINFO - Real-time product and service information
- EckohSURVEY - Automated Customer questionnaires
