Tech firm Universal mCloud Corp (CVE:MCLD) is to hold its inaugural user conference called mCloud Connect 2018 in Las Vegas from September 24 to 26 this year, in which it will also showcase recent tech innovations.
More than 65 customers and industry partners are expected to attend. The event's keynote speech will be delivered by John Picard, who mCloud describes as an entrepreneur and visionary in building efficiency and environmental sustainability.
"Behind our strong second quarter and continued growth is a team dedicated to building world-class, cloud-based solutions with world-class customers that, together, change the way assets are used and maintained," said Russel McMeekin, mCloud's president and chief executive.
"Customers and partners will get to exchange ideas and guide mCloud as it deploys its leading AI to benefit our customers.
"We have been actively acquiring new technology and are focused on integrating these acquisitions to further bolster mCloud's suite of offerings.
"We look forward to demonstrating our progress and bringing together leaders in the AI and IoT space at the mCloud Connect 2018 conference where we will feature some of the emerging technologies that are driving lower costs, optimising performance and improving operations."
