RESAAS Services brings in $2mln via private placing

RESAAS Services Inc. (CVE:RSS) has closed its previously announced private placing, which was fully subscribed and brought in $2mln gross.

The fundraiser involved the sale of 10mln units at $0.20 a throw.

Each unit consists of one Resaas share and one  share purchase warrant exercisable at $0.30 until September 24, 2020.

Proceeds will be used to continue Resaas Services' current operations, including the continuing integration of blockchain technology into its platform and applications, and for general working capital, the real-estate focused tech firm said.
