Learning Technologies Group PLC (LON:LTG) on Thursday said Harry Hill, its non-executive deputy chairman, will leave the board of the e-learning group.
Hill, who is retiring, will step down from the AIM-quoted company on October 31. He has been on the board since LTG was formed in November 2013.
Andrew Brode, chairman of LTG, said: “He is choosing to leave the Board when the company is in an immensely strong position, able to attract a suitable non-executive candidate to help the Group evolve through its next phase of growth."
Last month, the company raised its full-year profit outlook, aided by the acquisition PeopleFluent, which moved LTG into the talent software market.
